Our Team

Bill Neal’s vision and reputation led to the creation of California-based Almaden Marketing Group in 1991. The company moved to Colorado in 1992, and, after years of success as Almaden, re-branded itself as AMG Creative in 2007. As the Chief Executive Officer, Bill has been responsible for helping take the marketing firm to unprecedented heights in the industry.

He has an extensive background in the dental industry dating back to 1964. In 1973, he became a partner in a 55 person, full-service laboratory in Northern California and later co-founded the first company in dentistry to develop and distribute technical video training systems to dental laboratories internationally.

When not at AMG Creative, Bill can often be found on the golf course or spending time with his family and dog, Kellie.

Terry Fine has been influential in expanding AMG Creative’s online marketing initiatives for clients utilizing CMS-enabled Website development, pay-per-click campaigns, search engine optimization and social media platforms since 2004. As President, his vision led AMG Creative to become one of the industry’s most visible and leading marketing firms.

In addition to his position at the helm of AMG, Terry frequently speaks at industry conferences such as Cal-Lab, Vision 21 and the Western States Conference as well as laboratory associations such as FDLA, and the Texas Dental Association. He is also a regular contributor to IDT.

Terry has more than twenty years of experience in the field of high-tech sales and marketing and previously served as Vice President of Sales for StarTek, a publicly traded, technology based business process outsourcing company.

Colleen Fine has been the front of the house face of AMG Creative for the past five years, which is no easy task. As the office coordinator, Colleen oversees all the organizational aspects and details of a marketing firm that is in high demand. More often than not, she is the first one to say hello to any of our current or prospective clients.

Before arriving at AMG Creative, Colleen had an extensive background and education in psychology, which she still puts to good use between juggling the priorities of a family and family-run business.

Outside of AMG Creative, Colleen is likely to be found running half marathons, tending to her garden or cheering on her three children in their respective activities.

Web developer Forrest Gifford is the whiz that turns all of our creative ideas into the beautiful and modern websites we deliver to our clients. Every time we concoct a new kind of functionality or visual, he finds a way to make it work.

After studying computer science at Colorado State University, Forrest jumped right into our operation and quickly became a valuable addition to the AMG family. In addition to serving our web requirements, he also isn't afraid to address in-office IT issues or assist a client with any help they might need. He also has a great eye for design and helps our creative team keep our digital assets looking great.

After we unplug him from the Matrix (ie. his desk), Forrest goes home to scratch creative itch of his own. A longtime musician, he can bang out a tune on guitar, piano, or bass -- but don’t ask him to sing. When he’s not making music, you’re likely to find him relaxing at home with a good book and his Bengal cat, Korra.

Natalie Power brings a fine arts background to her duties as a designer at AMG Creative, helping finesse our messages with the kind of intuitive creative streak that sets our designers apart. As comfortable in Adobe design software as with a paintbrush in her hand, Natalie excels at bringing your vision to life.

Before arriving at AMG, Natalie received a BFA in Fine Arts with a graphic design concentration from Chadron State in Nebraska. After graduating in 2012, she sought a new adventure and relocated to Colorado. Like so many in our state, she drew inspiration from the Rocky Mountains, and quickly settled into the Centennial State as a senior graphic designer for a printing company in Boulder.

She’s more than a Colorado-loving designer, though: She recently purchased her first home in Greeley with her partner Amy. She fills her free time with woodworking and carpentry projects, tends to their three rescue dogs, and enjoys watching movies. Her favorite holiday’s Halloween, which gives her a chance to show off her homemade costumes.

If you can’t find project manager Cody Dinkel before office hours, it’s because he’s already at the gym at the crack of dawn every morning. Then, after he’s done bench pressing Herculean amounts of weight, he comes to work and tackles our marketing projects with an equal amount of energy and dedication.

Before coming on board at AMG Creative, he came up through the ranks at his family’s business and brings the same high expectation of work ethic and customer service to our projects here at the office. There’s no one you would rather work with to ensure your vision is completed from conception through execution.

When we can finally manage to peel Cody away from his desk, he enjoys being outdoors and riding bikes. A self-described tinkerer, he professes to be able to fix almost anything – a skill we often test at the office. Cody also enjoys being recently married.

Sierra Sponberg is the newest addition to our project management team. You will frequently find her on the phone interacting with clients with her famously genial manner, coordinating the details necessary to bring our projects to completion.

She is a Fort Collins native, departing only briefly to study event management and marketing at the University of Colorado Boulder and Metro State University in Denver. Her vocational experience encompasses both project management and office management, and she has proven herself to be an invaluable asset in a number of areas.

While away from work, Sierra enjoys running, hiking, reading, and art, and isn’t shy about describing her love for animals. She also stays active playing sports, traveling about the globe, and practicing yoga – Namaste!

Kathy Neal has been an integral part of her husband and AMG Creative CEO Bill Neal’s business ventures for over 40 years. As a liaison and sounding board for the marketing firm, Kathy has been instrumental in the direction AMG Creative has taken since its inception in 1991.

A former pre-school teacher, Kathy remains active in education – she frequently volunteers at PSD Schools. The San Francisco native also is active in fundraising for Project Self Sufficiency in Fort Collins.

When Kathy is not busy volunteering or helping out at AMG Creative, she fills her time spending it with family, fishing, playing golf, exploring national parks and practicing yoga.

Ruby is by far and away the most active and energetic member of the AMG Creative team. As the office mascot, she is the first one at the door to greet you in the morning.

Her work day typically begins early in the morning and usually ends early afternoon. When she is not soaking up attention, she stays fresh by napping on the office couch.
